Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and direct to seating.
• Enter guest name and information into reservation system.
• Seat guests and manage seating to accommodate party size.
• Suggest seating in the bar for over 21 & patio when dining room is full.
• Rotate tables daily.
• Answer guest inquiries and maintain a reservation list.
• Keep a positive friendly attitude at all times, even in stressful situations.
• Answer telephone and assist callers, politely and with a smile.
• Bus, clean, and reset tables as needed.
• Keep greeter stand clean and organized.
• Pull silverware and plates to match guest count.
• Hold up our Coeur Spirit standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
