Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Richmond, TX to train and manage the entire sales process, from first contact through close of escrow.

You will greet visitors, demonstrate models, respond to inquiries, document transactions, and support loan progress in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with DRH Sales apps and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintenance of all lot files/sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
• Conduct all business professionally to serve buyers and increase goodwill and profit.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospects, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
