D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Minnesota to be trained through the full sales process, from first contact to close of escrow. The role emphasizes showroom/model homes, customer engagement, and meeting sales objectives.

The position requires a degree or related experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with DRH Sales apps and MS Office. Training salary is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile, tablet or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes and communities.
• Close sales; overcome objections and document the transaction.
• Track loan options and construction progress.
• Respond to information requests and document changes.
• Maintain accurate lot and sales files; monitor disclosures.
• Build rapport with clients, realtors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
