Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information following policy and HIPAA standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Operate and maintain facility software and electronic health records.
• Adhere to conduct codes and policies; inform manager of issues.
• Assist with additional duties as required including data entry and fax handling.
• Respond to patient requests and ensure timely processing of ROI requests.
• May assist with patient walk-ins and scheduling pickups.
