Qualifications

• Receive and process ROI requests in compliance with policies and HIPAA.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
• Greet callers and respond to inquiries; assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure accurate and complete medical records are prepared and filed.
• Meet productivity expectations and support site needs.
