Datavant, the data collaboration platform, seeks an entry‑level ROI associate in Plant City, Florida to process medical records requests and support patient information handling with HIPAA compliance.

You will document information across multiple platforms, answer calls from patients, insurers, and attorneys, and ensure accuracy and privacy in releases of information. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; Datavant offers full benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software.
• Follow conduct and policy guidelines.
• Inform manager of workload, site issues, and volume changes.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all records handling.
