Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI processor to handle medical record requests in a timely, accurate manner at our onsite Miami, FL location. You will safeguard patient privacy, process requests, and support multiple platforms while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include managing patient health information, assisting with calls, mail, and data entry, and ensuring HIPAA compliance in daily workflow. Training and equipment provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Respond to patient records requests and transmit records appropriately.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls; assist with patient walk-ins.
• Operate and learn facility software and ensure records are accurate.
