Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level Release of Information associate in Miami, FL. You will process medical record requests, ensure HIPAA compliance, and protect patient privacy. The role includes phone support, mail and fax processing, and data entry across multiple platforms.

The position offers comprehensive training, company equipment, and full benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to commute to onsite work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and ROI concepts preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to work with multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure handling of records.
• Operate facility software and document activities across systems.
• Assist with inbound/outbound calls and walk-in patients as needed.
• Accurately enter data and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
