Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI data processor in Miami to handle medical record requests efficiently and accurately. You will safeguard patient privacy, process information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies, and maintain multiple health information systems.

Training and mentorship accompany full benefits. You’ll assist patients with requests, manage mail and faxes, and document actions across platforms while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Proficient with basic computers and office equipment.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and security of all records.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and documentation platforms.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of requests and accurate charting across systems.
