This is an apprentice position and experience is not required, but it is a major plus.

Requirements:

1. A positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons.
4. Interest in growing with the company.
5. Willingness to work overtime.
6. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
7. Must be 18 or older.
8. Must have a valid driver's license.

Compensation:

Hourly Position ($13-$17) starting salary based on experience, with a skills ladder training program providing a clear path to promotion based on performance.
