Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in gutter installation, including K-style & half round gutters
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Interest in career growth with the company
• Team player with a desire to foster a positive work culture
• Preferred OSHA certification and ladder safety training
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 18 or older

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based pay: 6% to 10% based on footage or day rate
• Weekly earnings range from $400 to $1,000
