This is an apprentice position and gutter experience is not required, but someone who has trades or construction background or is comfortable working with their hands is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Compensation / Benefits:

Hourly Position ($15-$18 an hour) -- pay commensurate with experience

Overtime opportunities

Opportunity to earn Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays after 6 months successful results

Requirements:

1. Experience in construction is a plus, but not required
2. Positive attitude
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
5. Interest in growing with the company
6. Willingness to work overtime
7. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
