This is an entry-level position, and gutter installation experience is not required, but it is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Requirements:

1. 2 years experience in construction is a plus, but not required
2. Positive attitude
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
5. Interest in growing with the company
6. Willingness to work overtime
7. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
8. Willing to work some Saturdays when needed
9. Strong work ethic including showing up to work every day and on time

Compensation:

Hourly Position ($17-$25 salary based on experience) Overtime Paid Holidays Dental plan
