Role: Gutter Installer

Experience is preferred but not required!

Our company is seeking a solid, committed installer to join our crew. We operate 2-4 trucks daily, installing gutters and leaf guards in the eastern 2/3 of Connecticut. We pride ourselves on a strong track record of customer and employee satisfaction.

Gutter Installer Requirements:

• A positive attitude and the ability to interact properly and comfortably with clients and team members.
• Two years of construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Interest in growing with the company.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Experience specifically related to gutter services and installation, and a passion for gutters, is a big plus but not required.

Gutter Installer Compensation:

We offer hourly or commission-based compensation. Many of our staff prefer commission, as it allows you to control your earnings.

Apprentice Gutter Installer Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
