OnCall Staffing is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Front Desk Recruiter to join our Houston team. This morning-shift role focuses on welcoming candidates, basic screening, onboarding, and coordinating schedules.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), reliable, with good customer service and data-entry skills; a valid driver’s license is preferred to support occasional transportation of employees.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, document uploads).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in candidates with applications and onboarding
• Screen, interview, and match candidates to open job positions
• Post job openings and source candidates using various platforms
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems
• Conduct E-Verify, background checks, and document processing
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients
• Coordinate job assignments and communicate schedules with employees
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Drive company vehicle to transport employees to and from job sites
• Monitor employee attendance, check-ins, and PPE/dress code compliance

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime required)
