OnCall Staffing is seeking an entry-level Front Desk Recruiter in Houston, TX for a morning shift. Pay is $15/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturday overtime. Responsibilities include greeting candidates, screening, posting openings, and coordinating onboarding processes to support client staffing needs.

The role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, document uploads).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in candidates with applications and onboarding.
• Screen, interview, and match candidates to open job positions.
• Post job openings and source candidates using various platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems.
• Conduct E‑Verify, background checks, and document processing.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients.
• Coordinate job assignments and communicate schedules with employees.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Drive company vehicle to transport employees to and from job sites.
• Monitor employee attendance, check‑ins, and PPE/dress code compliance.
