Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing or service role.
• High attention to detail with data interpretation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential fraud on credit card accounts; identify suspicious patterns.
• Verify charges and account activity; gather information to evaluate fraud.
• Apply verification procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide solutions by using available resources with limited supervision.
• Assess risk and escalate issues when required, maintaining Citi policies.
