Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, or service-oriented role.

• Determine and apply verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver solutions to client issues by drawing on all available resources, working with limited supervision to resolve calls efficiently.
• Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, upholding Citi's policies and ethical standards and escalating issues when required.
