Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support foreclosure matters in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will review loan-level files, draft essential documents, and coordinate with courts and clients to meet tight deadlines while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates have foreclosure experience, strong communication skills, and a degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• At least one year of law firm experience handling foreclosures.
• Experience drafting Notices of Sale and Deeds.
• Proficient in Loansphere/BKFS/ICE systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; QA/QC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews and prioritize work.
• Communicate with courts, clients and opposing counsel.
• Manage active file portfolio and complete daily tasks within deadlines.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Draft and record legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage foreclosure laws and requirements.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, and prioritize the work appropriately
• Communicate with the courts, clients and opposing counsel
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
• Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Draft and record legal documents
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections requirements (as applicable)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Candidate should have at least one year of Law Firm experience handling foreclosures.
• Document preparation including but not limited to Notices of Sale and Deeds
• Experience operating in Loansphere/ BKFS/ICE
• Creative in problem-solving and takes initiative when issues arise, with ability to use good judgment or obtain direction or clarification where needed
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities
• Knowledge of Mortgage Foreclosure Law

Required Education and Training:

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
• 1 year experience in handling foreclosures
