Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multiple meals including patient special food for therapeutic diets and other patient foods.
• Bake and prepare bread, rolls, biscuits, cakes, and pastries.
• Estimate food needs and requisition, receive, and distribute food supplies.
• Work with high heat, open flames, steam, and exposure to chemicals and cleaners.
• Report unsafe conditions and defective equipment to supervisors.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of the food service area.
