Job summary

PUBLIC SAFETY TESTING is seeking an Entry Level Firefighter/EMT for Clallam County Fire District #3 in Sequim, Washington. Applicants are required to have a valid CPAT and EMT certification, and must be able to pass several assessments including a medical exam and background check.

The role demands strong English proficiency, a high school diploma, and a valid Washington State driver’s license. Additionally, prior firefighter and EMT experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CPAT completed within 12 months of the written exam pass date.
• Must be a citizen of the United States or have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass an NFPA 1582 medical exam and psychological evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Complete required written examinations.
• Submit PST Personal History Statement within 7 days of passing exams.
• Pass a drug screen and background investigation.
