Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC, in Summerville, SC, is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training program in branch operations and management, then be assigned your own branch.

Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, with a full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles. You will help customers meet financial goals, learn to originate loan business, educate on lending services, and assist with recruiting and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals by originating loan business and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales goal planning while promoting company values.
