Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in West Monroe, LA. You will join an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan opportunities, and educate on lending services while contributing to a high-performing team and culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with sales goals and staff development.
• Develop new loan opportunities by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit options.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and risk analysis.
