Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 18 hours of Finance coursework.
• Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (Finance and Cumulative).
• Candidates must complete their degree before the hire date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of financial management directions to various business partners.
• Explore finance-related areas within the program.
• Manage multi-currency cash flows and foreign exchange/commodity risk.
• Execute an investment strategy for Caterpillar's retirement fund.
• Analyze suppliers' financial strength and work with dealers to improve results.
