Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline within four years of start date
• 0–2 years of related experience is acceptable
• Experience with internships, projects, hackathons valuable
• Ability to analyze business functionality and translate to technical requirements
• Knowledge of production application systems and integration concepts

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise applications and technology solutions for internal and external customers.
• Gather and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and implementing applications and technology solutions.
• Support integration across applications, databases, platforms, and AI-enabled tech.
• Perform system testing, validation and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain technical docs, process flows and testing artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable tech solutions.
