Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or better in Electrical Power & Controls (EPC) or related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience testing/switchgear troubleshooting is an asset.
• Safety training such as OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED is valued.

Responsibilities

• On-site support for electrical systems, including testing and troubleshooting from 480V to 600kV.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with switchgear, circuit breakers, and relays.
• Maintain professional client relationships and respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Keep detailed service records, reports, and modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
