The role emphasizes safety, precision, and client-facing service in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot switchgear, circuit breakers, and relays, perform transformer tests, and document service activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in EPC or related field required.
• Experience with switchgear testing and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong PC skills including email, data entry, and Excel.
• Commitment to electrical safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally and occasional overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site electrical testing, maintenance and troubleshooting for high voltage systems (480V to 600kV).
• Perform equipment maintenance including transformer and relay tests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with switchgear, breakers and relays.
• Maintain professional client relations and respond to emergency calls.
• Document service activities with detailed reports and feedback.

Education

Associate's degree in Electrical Power & Controls (EPC) or related field
