Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Power & Controls (EPC) or related field.
• Experience with switchgear testing and troubleshooting is an asset.
• Proficient PC skills: Excel; PowerDB experience is a plus.
• Adherence to electrical safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally with possible overnight trips.
• OSHA 30, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site electrical system support including installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine maintenance and transformer/relay tests.
• Diagnose and resolve switchgear, circuit breaker, and relay issues.
• Maintain professional client relationships and respond to emergencies.
• Document service activities with reports and client feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
