Kodiak Gas Services LLC is looking for an entry-level candidate to assist in the operation of compression jobs and equipment in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining customer relationships, and adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience in gas processes, and basic mechanical skills. A valid driver's license is required, and the position involves physical demands in a high-noise environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of compression process, production, and equipment-related experience and/or training.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Perform job activities consistent with Kodiak’s procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and build skills on the job.
• Attend HSE meetings and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Maintain customer relationships and facilitate inventory needs.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and work overtime as needed.
