Kodiak Gas Services is seeking entry-level Field Service Technicians in Carlsbad, NM. These technicians will assist with operation and maintenance of compressor packages and equipment, supporting gas compression operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic knowledge of compressor packages and gas processes.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Physical ability to lift at least 10 lbs frequently and >50 lbs infrequently.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold.
• Climb ladders/stairs and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
• Successful completion of Kodiak’s SSE program.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must wear all required PPE.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Ability to operate heavy equipment
