Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Sharon region. You will engage homeowners in in-home consultations to sell fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You’ll own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth in communities served by Omni Fiber.

The role offers a base‑plus commission structure with bonus opportunities and a training program to help you succeed from day one, plus strong benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role
• Valid driver's license with driving record and auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Positive outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, mobile phones)
• Personal vehicle required with IRS mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
