Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional for a territory-focused role. You will receive comprehensive training and support as you promote supplemental insurance products to SMBs and employees.

Responsibilities include client outreach, meetings with business owners, and ongoing portfolio development. A valid driver's license, active producer license (or plan to obtain), and a college degree or equivalent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role with training provided.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate clients and expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity; report to sales manager.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan and follow weekly schedule with the sales team.
