Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis programs for processing data.
• Ability to write formal reports documenting field activities.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 75%.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement equipment process recipes and parameters per customer specifications.
• Provide sustainable process support at key customers.
• Coordinate customer sample evaluations at customer sites or labs.
• Define equipment process performance specifications for customer applications by evaluating methods, facilities, materials, patterns, and measurement equipment.
• Support sales with demonstrations and technical information.
• Assist with installation, system checks, and commissioning of equipment (worldwide).
• Communicate with customers to analyze needs and requirements during after-sales operations.
