Job summary

Tailored Talent is seeking a Field Engineer to support semiconductor equipment at customer sites across the USA. Role focuses on process qualification, technical acceptance, and ongoing optimization, with heavy travel to client locations and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering/math background, experience with process data analysis, and proven ability to present to customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry background preferred.
• Experience using statistical analysis programs for process data.
• Ability to write formal field activity reports.
• Ability to present technically to customers.
• Willing to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement equipment process recipes and parameters per customer specs.
• Provide sustainable process support at key customers.
• Coordinate customer sample evaluations on AIXTRON equipment.
• Define equipment performance specs from customer methods, facilities, materials, patterns, measurement equipment.
• Support sales with demonstrations and technical information.
• Assist with installation, system checks, and commissioning of equipment.
• Communicate with customers to analyze needs post-sale.
