Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking a role focused on onboarding and client coordination. You will ensure pre-employment requirements are current and validated, manage onboarding packets, and oversee background checks and drug testing for contractors.

You will also handle contractor compliance, front desk service, and office logistics, delivering top-tier candidate experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer/sales orientation, and a Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, and filing of office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
