Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in geological sciences; 1–3 years preferred.
• Experience collecting and processing near-surface geophysical data, esp. GPR and magnetometers.
• Familiarity with geotechnical engineering, remote sensing, and GIS analysis.
• Strong written and spoken English; detail-oriented; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan geophysical surveys and acquire geophysical data in the field.
• Process and interpret ground-based and aerial geophysical and remote sensing data.
• Lead on-site coordination and execution of geotechnical site investigations and manage subcontractors.
• Prepare geophysical, remote sensing, and geotechnical deliverables, reports, and proposals.
• Keep management advised of work status and progress.
