Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer for our Salt Lake City, Utah fabrication facility. You will support multiple market sectors, review drawings, estimate scope, and monitor construction progress while coordinating with field teams to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• Internship experience in construction or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute scope of the assigned project at Harder Mechanical.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure safe, on-schedule, high-quality work.
• Review drawings, estimate scope and quantities, and monitor progress.
