• Observes on-site material testing and coordinates testing services.
• Reads and interprets drawings and specs; identifies discrepancies.
• Reviews contractor's daily reports and tracks progress with photos/video.
• Assists in RFIs, submittals, pay estimates, and other deliverables.
• Prepares meeting agendas and meeting minutes; maintains logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
