Omni Fiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Bay City area, Midland and surrounding communities. You will connect directly with homeowners in person, present high-speed fiber internet options, and grow our customer base through in-home consultations.

You’ll travel your territory with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, supported by onboarding and ongoing training to help you succeed from day one. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Desire to succeed in a quota-based sales role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing attitude and resilience in rejection.
• Familiarity with using iPads/mobile devices in field work.
• Personal vehicle use with IRS mileage reimbursement.
