The Juris Agency in Tulsa, Oklahoma is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to protect clients and their assets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or client-facing background required.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be coachable and motivated to succeed.
• Licensed professionals preferred (P&C and Life/Health licenses) with licensing support if needed.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and ethical.
• Experience in insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with existing and new clients

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but if you don't have one we help train and pay for the licensing cost


• A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred but if you don't have one we help training and pay for the licensing cost


• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a must


• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required


• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
