Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to uphold quality across our resort properties. You will apply basic maintenance skills to ensure guest units and buildings are in top working order, while delivering reliable service to guests and colleagues.

You will perform a range of upkeep tasks, including painting, minor electrical, carpentry, and landscaping. A professional image, independence, and teamwork are valued as part of our safety‑minded culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain exterior grounds and landscape.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to Travel + Leisure Co. safety programs.
