Aerotek is hiring a Fabricator for an entry-level, full-time/permanent role based in Martinsburg, WV. The position involves fabricating and assembling polyethylene pipe to build customized structures, reading blueprints, and following quality control procedures.

Two shifts available (2nd shift Mon-Thu). The role requires basic tool use, measuring skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

• Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, and pick ticket orders to determine required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Demonstrate basic tool knowledge and measuring skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Job Description

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour to start

Must be able to read a tape measure

Previous fabrication experience is not required. Candidates with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, landscaping, automotive, or mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
