Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc. seeks an entry-level Shop Technician I to build foundational manufacturing skills in our production environment in Vista, CA.

You will learn IAS products, materials, tools, drawings, work instructions, safety standards, quality expectations, and Odoo work-order practices while contributing to daily fabrication and assembly. Initial work is instruction-driven, increasing independence as skills grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, document work, and perform basic math.

Responsabilités

• Perform fabrication, mechanical mounting, assembly, testing, packaging, receiving, and shipping per drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools and shop equipment safely after training.
• Complete Odoo work-order, time, material, completion, scrap, and status transactions accurately.
• Inspect work for defects and ask questions before proceeding.
• Maintain organized tools and work areas per safety and 5S standards.
• Support receiving, material staging, inventory counts, and facility upkeep.
