Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of raw materials and components for fabrication processes.
• Operate basic hand and power tools to support fabrication tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage and maintain quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including waste disposal and equipment upkeep.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Support skilled fabricators by performing routine tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling parts under supervision.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
