LK Jordan in West Houston, TX is seeking four dependable Shop Laborers for a busy production facility. No prior manufacturing experience is required; paid, hands-on training will be provided.

Shifts include Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM) with overtime possibility, and Night Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with overtime as needed. This entry-level role offers a path to long-term career growth in fabrication.

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Able to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and train in manufacturing equipment.

Location: West Houston, TX Looking for a hands-on opportunity where you can learn valuable manufacturing and fabrication skills while building a long-term career? LK Jordan is seeking four dependable Shop Laborers to join a busy production facility in West Houston. No previous manufacturing experience is required—paid, hands-on training will be provided!

Available Shifts Day Shift Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PMOvertime is common, typically until 2:30 PMSaturdays and additional overtime may be required as needed Night Shift Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PMOvertime may be required, sometimes until 3:00 AMNo Saturdays

What You’ll Do

Operate production and fabrication equipment safelyRead and use a tape measure accuratelyLoad, unload, and move materials throughout the shopInspect finished products for qualitySupport daily production goals in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and work instructionsAssist with additional shop duties as needed
