Qualifications
- High School Diploma or five years of professional experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment preferred.
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Attend events, campaigns, and conferences on behalf of Maryland Live!.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain promotional inventory and balance accounts in systems.
- Record guest information in the program database.
