Job summary

Bekuf is seeking a motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team in Phoenix. This role offers a start-to-finish exposure to event planning, coordination, and client liaison in a fast-paced environment.

You will help plan from inception to completion, arrange venues, catering, and equipment, manage registrations, and support on-site check-ins. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in event management, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Support logistical arrangements including venue selection, equipment rentals, and catering.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Help manage event registration, attendee lists, and on-site check-in processes.
• Prepare and distribute event materials and promotional items as needed.
