Nexxaworks in Atlanta is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events. You will assist from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.
• Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.
• Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.
