Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Event Marketing Assistant. Working directly with our respected client, you will play a vital customer-facing role, supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will be trained in every aspect of our business to help drive high-profile marketing campaigns.


This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required! We focus heavily on learning and development and are committed to investing in your growth and progression within the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to specific tasks within your team and independently when needed
  • Act as the internal liaison between the customer and client
  • Assist in meeting fundraising targets
  • Attend meetings and workshops to continuously improve your skills
  • Strive to enhance cost-effectiveness and customer service
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are addressed efficiently
  • Produce detailed and accurate reports of donations
  • Provide weekly reports (or sooner if needed) to the Managing Director on progress
  • Develop exceptional customer service skills in line with company standards

Applicant Requirements:
  • A desire to pursue a career in marketing, sales, or customer service
