Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between customers and clients, ensuring smooth communication

• Support marketing teams by assisting in the execution of daily tasks and objectives

• Help achieve fundraising targets and goals through effective event support

• Attend and contribute to team meetings and workshops

• Strive to improve cost-efficiency and customer service at all levels

• Provide efficient customer support, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests

• Prepare accurate reports on donations and campaign progress

• Report weekly to the Managing Director on key performance metrics and updates

• Develop exceptional customer service skills to align with company standards
